    The guidelines are written by PATC in accordance with the strategies and policies adopted by the Danish Ministry og Foreign Affairs. The guidelines are translated to English, Spanish and French in order to allow the local partners of the Danish CSO's to participate ind the formulation of applications on an even level.

     

     

    How to use the guidelines... in Denmark

    The guidelines are used by the Danish CSO's to clarify formal demands, to identify possibilities, to understand the assessment criterias and to formulate applications. The guidelines are devided into a number of paragrafhs which reflect the process the applicant must go through when making an application.

     

    How to use the guidelines... in the South

    The guidelines are used by partner organizations in the South to understand the political framework, the formal demands and the assessment criterias that must be met by their Danish partner and the application. The guidelines can also be used to explore new possibilities in the partnership, e.g. new ideas to projects or activities.

    As a supplement to the Guidelines, PATC has produced a specific Budget Guide that should be used in the proces of writing the application, and an Administration Guide witch describes conditions and demands to the practical management of funds.
